Virtual Task Solutions offers remote administrative and professional support services, including but not limited to data entry, customer service, lead generation, marketing support, and business process automation.

3. Client Engagement & Billing
- All new clients begin with a free consultation to assess service needs.
- Services are billed based on agreed hourly rates or package pricing.
- Invoices are sent on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your plan.
- Payment is due within the timeframe stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel services with 7 days’ written notice. Refunds for unused hours may be granted on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative fees. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. All Virtual Assistants and team members sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your information.
You agree to keep any proprietary materials, systems, or processes provided by us confidential as well.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created by Virtual Task Solutions during the service period become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All content on this website (text, graphics, branding) remains the property of Virtual Task Solutions and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Virtual Task Solutions is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or data
- Third-party system failures
- Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services during the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
